Step 1. Make an appointment with the CHUV Travel Clinic by clicking the link here.

1A. In response to, “POURQUOI CONSULTEZ-VOUS ?”, select “Préparation avant voyage”
1B. In response to, “COMBIEN DE PERSONNE(S) CONSULTE(NT) ?”, select “1 personne”
1C. In response to, “VOUS OU UNE PERSONNE QUI CONSULTE A-T-ELLE MOINS DE 12 ANS ?”, select “Non, personne n’a moins de 12 ans”
1D. In response to, “VISITEZ-VOUS 2 CONTINENTS OU PLUS (EN DEHORS DE L'EUROPE) ?”, select “Non, un seul continent est visité”
1E. In response to, “LA DURÉE DU VOYAGE EST-ELLE DE PLUS DE 4 SEMAINES ?”, select “Non, la durée du voyage est de 4 semaines ou moins”
1F. In response to, “VOUS OU UNE PERSONNE QUI CONSULTE A-T-ELLE UNE CONDITION D’IMMUNOSUPPRESSION LIÉE À UNE MALADIE OU UN MÉDICAMENT (SEP, GREFFE D’ORGANE, CANCER ACTIF) ?” select, “Non, personne n’a de condition d’immunosuppression” (*If you do not suffer from chronic immunosuppression. If you do, please select the second option).
1G. Select a time given that works with your course schedule. Please allow at least 30-45 minutes for transport to the travel clinic via metro.

Step 2. On the day of your appointment, follow these directions to the CHUV Travel Clinic.

Summary: (Walk to Metro (Gare) and take the M2 line to CHUV. Walk downhill until you reach the front entrance of the URGENCE. Walk up the steps, enter the glass doors, turn immediately to your right, and walk into the travel clinic. See image below for reference.
